As a certified Integrative Nutrition Holistic Health Coach and ACE Personal Trainer, Ive studied over 100 dietary theories and base my coaching on bio individuality. In other words, one persons perfect is another persons poison. I take a customized, integrative, holistic, primal/ancestral approach to nutrition built on the foundation of real food. Food from nature. Food that can be hunted or gathered. Food that is nutrient dense, sustainably, and organically grown, raised, and harvested. Food to nourish your vitality- mind, body, and soul. 

My basic nutrition consultation provides the groundwork from which we grow together on your health journey. The topics that we cover and the resources provided are completely dependent on YOUR unique story, body, and goals. My holistic assessment will include gathering information about your health history, sleeping habits, digestion, energy, current food intake and any other relevant information. Whether you are looking to up your athletic performance, balance hormones, lose or even gain weight, we can make a plan, educate, and execute to a healthier, happier you.


As a health coach and personal trainer, I offer guidance and inspiration to help you shift your behaviors to healthier habits by making step by step changes to your diet and lifestyle. Along the way, you'll learn about new and healthy foods, and the concept of primary foods: relationships, physical activity, spirituality, career, etc. As a result of our partnership, you'll implement lasting changes that improve energy, balance, and overall wellness. You'll learn to become self sufficient by observing your unique response to various modifications and choosing health promoting behaviors that best work for you. 

From finding fitness in your unique environment, to filling the fridge with foods fit for you,  my coaching hits everything across the board to jumpstart you on the path to a lifestyle that promotes lifelong health and happiness. This is the real deal. We'll uncover cravings and find out what you really hunger for. That could be a nutritional deficiency, but that could also mean finally investing in something your passionate about, like a new career, fitness goal, or obtaining the relationship you've always dreamed of. Everyone can use a little motivation and a little adventure from time to time. If you want to make the outdoors your gym and need a little motivation, inspiration, and ideas about how to make it happen, Im the girl to guide you in the process. The options are unlimited and I have a lifetime of experience when it comes to all things active outdoors.  Whether your looking to increase strength, improve endurance, fine tune mechanics, learn a new skill, or all of the above, the outdoors is a great place to do it. We'll harness optimized fitness with a multitude of tools including your own body weight, functional gear like kettlebells, ropes, weights, and outdoor obstacles such as hills, the ocean, rocks, and trees.

Depending on your fitness levels and goals, we can tailor a program fit for you. Even if you're a time crunched, busy professional, a dedicated stay at home mom, weekend warrior, or completely new to the fitness scene.

From full on multi-month programs, to individual paddle boarding lessons, Ill integrate strength, endurance, mobility, and more importantly breathing and recovery techniques, to build a holistically strong, adaptive, and functional fitness foundation tailored specifically to you, that you can carry on with long after I'm gone.
