Does the idea of running on a treadmill make you cringe? Are you a bit intimidated by all the machines at the gym? Then let me show you my gym,  Natures Gym. From land to sea, the outdoors can be a challenging, therapeutic, ideal place to work your body and mind.

Everyone can use a little motivation and a little adventure from time to time. If you want to make the outdoors your gym and need a little motivation, inspiration, and ideas about how to make it happen, Im the girl to guide you in the process. The options are unlimited and I have a lifetime of experience when it comes to all things active outdoors.  Whether your looking to increase strength, improve endurance, fine tune mechanics, or all of the above, the outdoors is a great place to do it.

Depending on your fitness levels and goals, we can tailor a tough outdoor circuit, beach run/swim, or even a strength and conditioning workout at the park. Workouts will include warm up, breath work, stretch, and cool down.

3 session package. Each session is approximately an hour and thirty minutes. If you would like to plan a longer hike, bike, yoga, or particular session, all things are possible and negotiable!
